I went to a Korean restaurant in NYC the other day and ate this hearty, non-spicy stew. I’ve been dreaming about it ever since but when I Google I only find spicy versions of this dish. Does anybody have a recipe for me? The picture is from the restaurant‘s menu. Thank you.
