    It doesn’t look bad, but it doesn’t look like reverse sear. Did you do this in an oven? And which temp?

    The purpose of reverse searing is to get the interior very even and consistent, using low and slow heat. This has a big grey-band and looks like more a tradition high-heat fry to medium.
