This week I made Chicken Fajitas in the Slow Cooker and they came out awesome. I know general feedback is that there's no need to Slow Cook these, but it just makes it so much easier coming home to it being prepped and ready to go, specially with the family. Hope you enjoy!

    When I do this again, I’m definitely going to add in some chilli peppers and potentially a bit more spice. All in all though, I’m really happy with how they came out, and the ease of it!

    You know, cooking for your family is whatever it takes to get nice homemade meals and if chicken fajitas in the slow cooker ( big fan of slow cooker fajitas! And slow cooker pasta casseroles!) worked d you and your family and it was delicious then that is not a wrong way to cook them.

    In other words never apologize for cooking something that works for you. The haters can go to r/shittyfoodporn and troll, you can eat amazing slow cooker fajitas and enjoy them. I’ll know who’s having the more enjoyable experience, and it won’t be the “you can’t make that in a slow cooker” troll police.
