  6. Look like a 65% hydro in a lloyd’s detroit style pan. add some mozzarella, a little sauce, some italian spices and topped off with grated parm
    All burnt at the edges.
Im looking at it and it’s telling me what it is. and it look GREAT

Yikes! So much love! This was a last minute thing and could have been even better. I used my basic dough recipe. 16 oz in my butter Crisco’d Loyds Detroit style pan. Let it proof in my oven for 90 minutes or so. Par cooked 5 minutes. Buttered up the top. Added fresh garlic, garlic powder and grated parm. Baked it til the cheese browned as you see. Then added a mix of Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Done.

A copy cat pizza hut dough recipe is:

4 cups flour, salt, 1 and 1/3 cup water, yeast, tablespoon sugar, 1/4 cup milk powder, 2 table spoons neutral oil. Oil your pan liberally and oil/butter the dough.

Ive seen employees comment that this is the recipe, used it to make cheesy bread, cinnamon sticks, and pizza.

That reminds me of when Pizza Hut™️ was actually good. Man, I want one of those. With a cup of marinara.
