3/4 cup of basmati rice 120 g of lamb liver 2 potatoes 1 cup can of pealed fava beans 1,5 tablespoons of dill 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil 1 tablespoon of butter 1 teaspoon of salt
rince the rice, then boil for about 7 min, and sieve off. mix the rice with the pealed fava beans, dill and salt.
add oli and butter to the pot and place the potato slices in it to fry for about 15 min. turn them over and add the rice on top, with some butter.
put a kitchen towl on the pot and a lid and leave for 5 min on high and 15 minutes on low heat. check the rice for doneness, weather to add water. best is the rice is done, then you add some water right before serving. fry the lamb liver in some butter and salt. serve the rice and carefully scrape off the potatoes and add them and the liver.
