La fish fry gumbo mix (1/2 pack)
Frozen okra (1/2 pack)
Frozen peppers and onions (1/2 pack)
6 pack andouille sausage
Frozen raw small shrimp tail off
Chopped up sausage.
Cooked 4 four ingredients for 4 hours on high.
Added frozen shrimp and turned heat off once the shrimp began becoming opaque.
Allowed to sit for 30 minutes to an hour.

I’ve heard people say seafood shouldn’t be put in the slow cooker since it becomes soft and mushy. And I’ve heard others say seafood can be added at the last minute, when the dish is almost finished cooking.
How was the gumbo with the shrimp in it?
I can’t eat Gumbo anymore because of stomach issues, but man do I want to eat that Gumbo. Great work, it looks delicious
