The soup I made has little floating bits in it. I thought it was maybe the fat from the chicken but I trimmed as much of it off as I could and they still turned up. Could it be the coconut milk? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    I think your suspicion of it being fat is correct. It looks like between the chicken fat, coconut milk, red curry paste, and peanut butter, there’s a layer of fat which has formed on the top layer.

    I would use a strainer to seperate the solids from the liquid and use a blender to whizz up the broth – this will break up the fats into smaller globs and homogenise the liquid 😊

    This won’t help, but it might make you laugh. My reddit app is doing a thing where it displays all posts as if they were posted in the subreddit of the PREVIOUS post. I had forgotten about the bug and was super confused as to why this was posted in r/3dprinting .
