Exercise was 40 min power walk on the treadmill. Got my 10k steps for the day. Weight has been the exact same for the past 4 days, but I went hard on leg day Monday (my quads are destroyed lol) and it’s PMS week, so likely retaining water. This was day 10 of tracking, down 3lbs total.
