Looks like spicy pork bulgolgi for a party of 10.

The correct answer is a stack of 돈까스 donkatsu
Edit: I guess not the best answer if you want to cook it all at once. I prepare a bunch of donkatsu and freeze them in meal sized bags for easy frying. I wouldn’t really use pork loin for any other korean recipe that I can think of off the top of my head.

This is what I’d do with it. For a number of years, this was my absolute favorite Korean food, and it’s still easily top 3.
