Hello everyone. This has been sitting in my freezer for a couple months now. Does anyone have a Korean dish recipe for this? I’ve never cooked with pork before and would like to cook it all at once.

    The correct answer is a stack of 돈까스 donkatsu

    Edit: I guess not the best answer if you want to cook it all at once. I prepare a bunch of donkatsu and freeze them in meal sized bags for easy frying. I wouldn’t really use pork loin for any other korean recipe that I can think of off the top of my head.
