One of my favorite places to go when I find myself in Seoul, is 명동교자. I live in the states now but this is my best attempt at recreating the flavor I crave regularly. At the risk of sounding a little self-congratulatory, I’d say I hit at least part of the target and it was very delicious on its own terms. That’s the most important part anyways.
