This is Japanese cream/white stew – like it says on the package. This is not what you’re looking for. If you’re going to buy S&B brand, which is Japanese, you need to buy a curry roux bar – it’s gonna say curry on the package, and offer you a variety of “heat” – mild vs hot, etc.
Edit: Ok, I get it and fell for it, after viewing your posts, “Happy April Fools” everybody!

This is packaged seolleongtang it says so right there on the package “tasty white stew”, very traditional korean food. I like it with a lot of scallions!
