    Lovely bun. Looks like a heartier sturdier brioche. There isnt a decent bakery bun I can buy within a hundred miles of here. Im going to have to make my own and I stink at making bread. A lot of people will make great patties and then slap them on any old bun they find in the bread aisle. Too me not having a proper bun is a deal breaker. I hate the wonderbread style bread that seams to permeate the market here in the US. Its like spongecake. Ugh.
