  1. I know the times are weird, my eating schedule is wacky especially on weekends. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the left and desserts/snacks on the right. Also I just bought a Ninja Creami despite having a freezer full of diet ice cream so that’s why I have double dessert 😂 Definitely not a normal practice for me haha!

    Brunch- Florentine Benedict (half a Keto English muffin, one egg, spinach, mushrooms, avocado, hollandaise) and air-fried fingerlings, peppers, and onions. 471

    Lunch- Shiritaki noodles w/ peanut sauce, chicken, and veggies. 313

    Dinner- Butter chicken w/ veggies over cauliflower rice. 381

    Dessert- Boo’s Ridiculous Brownie w/ Nick’s Raspberry Swirl and Halo Top S’mores ice creams, sugar free syrup and light whip. 198

    Dessert 2- Creami pint made with fat free half and half, almond milk, and sugar free sweetener topped with syrup, whip, half a crumbled homemade light cookie, and 9g Ben and Jerry’s PB chocolate chip cookie dough. 210
