From the local Korean mart in my neighborhood. Kimchi was at my favorite level of “peaked” — which is fresh like a salad. Salty and crisp with a good kick.

My local H-Mart is always out of their jeon. I tried to order 3 last week(2x codfish jeon, which looks like what you have there bottom right, and 1x kimchi jeon).
