I’m planning on making Kenji’s creamy spinach and mushroom lasagna. The recipe calls for no boil / oven ready lasagna noodles and to soak them in water. But I can’t get those noodles. I can only get the uncooked ones. Should I parboil my uncooked noodles, soak them in water, or just put them directly in the baking dish?
