Small bowl sofrito mix (got at m and s)
2 Tins baked beans
Seasonings-
Smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
MSG
Bbq sauce (couple big spoonfuls)
Method-
Put everything in slow cooker (excluding the beans)
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Shred gammon, add back to pot. Then add beans, switch to high for 1 hour.
