I’ve noticed how hard it is to change my sedentary lifestyle due to work and university (even when walking around during free time and walking to the store and pharmacy I couldn’t get over 4-5k steps) and also noticed i was in some sort of plateau, so I decided to go a tiny bit lower on my caloric intake from Monday to Friday, and will add 10 more minutes of cardio at the gym!

Will stick to 1500 on Saturdays and Sundays (unless i give myself a little cheat day every now and then).

Also my salads were getting super boring and decided to visit the market and made the best salad I’ve ever tasted (don’t let the bad looks of it fool you)
Anyways, feeling like this week is gonna go better than the last!

  1. Why do you feel you need to restrict further? You will only end up bingeing.

    EDIT TO ADD: Not sure why I’m being down voted, your post history indicates you work out significantly in the gym and other commenters have told you to increase your calorie intake. Not decrease it.

    Best bet is to re-examine your food choices, increase your protein intake and see where that leads you. Otherwise you will just continue to be on a binge restrict cycle.
