Been watching the posts on here for a while, decided to try this out since prior posts here motivated me to. Bought a cast iron skillet, and made this with butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme, garlic mashed and roasted veg. Turned out pretty good I think. 👍

Very well prepared meat. Great sear, no grey band, perfectly pink and yummy meal!! Your new pan is proud of you.
Now we just need to get those photo skills up to par… Crop and focus so we can zoom in and see the juices!
