so i’m making kenjis chocolate chip cookie recipe

it calls for semisweet bar chocolate. i’m not sure what percentages qualify for semisweet tbh.
i read the article on baking chocolate and most are out of my price range. im looking at the whole foods in house brand right now.
my question is what percentage range should i be looking at for semisweet? and any recommendations on chocolate that’s relatively cheap but works in this recipe?
and if anyone tried using the whole foods in house brand lmk how it came out!
