According to their website, Texas French Bread Bakery does seem to offer bread baked using **organic** flour. I did not see any reference to “stone-milled” flour anywhere though.

Easy tiger uses some, Texas french bread, sour duck, Sanford sourdough.
Casper fermentables, jinx bread, Abby Jane, and The Sourdough Project use only Barton Springs Mill flour.
