the move is to go 20-30 min before opening on a weekday. Only waited 30 min on good Friday. The brisket chili was a special and really really solid. My favorite chili I’ve had in Austin so far. Brisket taco is a must item. Love those Peach Tea Pork Belly Bites. Missed the food here so much but hard to go when the line is super long.

That’s a Leander mortgage payment worth of Interstellar!

I have a pet peeve about places that put their menu on-line without prices. With good places sometimes being shockingly expensive and even mediocre places sometimes being surprisingly expensive (and not all of either so it does pay to shop) I want to make an informed decision.

A BBQ place has Brisket, Sausage, Pork, Ribs and Turkey…wow thanks!

I know this place is renowned, and it is close by, but typically that’s an automatic pass for me. I may make an exception.

Interstellar is AMAZING. Their brisket and brisket tacos are to die for. The Gouda max is 🔥 as well

  5. Their sausage is the best sausage I have ever had.

Has anyone tried the lamb? Is it worth it? I keep wanting to try it every time I go but then I get there and I’m like well I can’t just skip the pork belly and brisket…
