Greetings from South Africa ! I thought I’d share this, a beautiful piece of rump from one of my own farms. The meat is darker than store bought because this is a steer that has been hand selected and fed a diet of 80% grass and 20% corn. Thawed this slowly in the sun the way god intended, now salted in the fridge. This puppy will be braai’d on a weber kettle grill over some hardwood charcoal. To think I almost took 2 out the freezer ! ( for 2 people 😂 )
