I inadvertently purchased [this](https://www.heb.com/product-detail/fresh-center-loin-pork-roast-boneless-texas-size-pack/372699) on special, thinking it was multiple pork tenderloins. Imagine my surprise when a gigantic 10lb whole center cut pork loin was delivered to my house. It’s, quite large, as you can see.

I ended up following a [nice online tutorial](https://www.unclejerryskitchen.com/diy/how-to-turn-a-whole-beef-brisket-into-7-full-meals-and-save-a-ton-of-money/) and getting a huge amount of meat for my freezer for only about $20. Absolutely worth your time and money and really only took about 30 minutes to break down and put in the freezer.

    These are great.

When lunch meat got ridulously expensive, I started buying these to make sandwiches. I usually cut it in half, and either roast it or stick it in the pressure cooker. Half will usually yield me sandwiches for 2 weeks.

I buy those often. It’s only me and my husband but they freeze beautifully and last a long time. I get freezer paper and portion it out into several thick chops, some sliced thin for stir fry, and some cut in cubes for kebabs or sheet pan meals.
