Flaming Taco Truck on Vermont and 4th has some of the best huaraches in the city. They have several locations Echo Park and Los Feliz. Made from scratch this one has pinto beans, al pastor from the spit with sour cream, white raw onion rings with quesillo from Oaxaca. It has additional onions and cilantro with red sauce(spicy) and guacamole sauce (not spicy). A topo chico (product of Mexico) to drink. Drop your best huaraches spots you know of.

The asada huarache at Tacos por Favor has always been a favorite. Nice thick blue corn tortilla.
I don’t like whole beans in my huaraches they fall down. I like when they have refried beans instead. They have really good tacos though
Their suadero and al pastor are so good
