I don’t think this actually gets produced in bottles, the packet is the only format they make this in.

Even if you did would not taste the same, cause of oxidation caused by the air. Same reason why ketchup packets have a different taste from bottled ketchup.

My local take out spot switched to a different brand of hot sauce packets. Not the same
I looked this up 15 years ago and found somewhere you can buy big jugs of it for restaurants. Sorry can’t remember.

Many GTA Asian restaurants are changing to cheap American corn syrup based versions. At first it was only Americanized Chinese places that changed to the crappy American stuff – now it has spread everywhere. I now go out of my way to tell restaurants that their new hot sauce is trash. Not only is it too sweet it is too vinegary. I checked last year figuring I would buy my own but discovered that Wings hot sauce is only available in 500 pack boxes.
