Homemade Swensons Galley Boy:
A double smashed burger with a tartare sauce-esque pickle mayo (chopped pickles, capers, preserved lemon) and a homemade BBQ sauce with brown butter. Finished with a stuffed olive because that’s what they do at Swensons.
This burger is awesome. The lemony mayo is unexpected and it’s brightness really works here. The briny olive juice works its way into the beef and it mangles your mind in the best way. 10/10 ⛸️
