Biscoff Brownies

    **Ingredients**

    * 1/2 cup (135g) Biscoff Spread
    * 1/3 cup (75g) melted Butter
    * 1/3 cup (100g) Sugar
    * 1/4 cup (55g) Brown Sugar
    * 2 (100g) Eggs
    * 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
    * 1 cup (120g) Flour
    * 1 tsp (4g) Baking Powder
    * 1/2 tsp (3g) Salt

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
    2. Prepare a 9-inch square baking pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.

    Brownie Batter:

    1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, Biscoff Spread, and melted butter.
    2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition.
    3. Stir in vanilla extract.
    4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
    5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the Biscoff mixture, mixing by hand until well combined.

    Baking:

    1. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
    2. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
    3. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
    4. Cut into squares and enjoy!
    5. Add melted Biscoff spread and a cookie for a perfect touch (optional).
