    I really need to invest in a proper roasting dish with a rack, I’ve got the actual cooking perfected but I think that will elevate it.

    Did a perfectly cooked turkey joint yesterday, herbs & mustard powder on the skin, garlic cloves stuffed inside, not dry at all.
