Stopped by to try Proudly Serving as I was craving a burger.
I had the PS Burger and since they were out of fries, I got tater tots instead. The P.S. Burger is a double smash burger with cheese, grilled onions, pickles, “secret sauce,” on a potato bun. It was a good burger; it reminds me Tripp Burger.
Although it was tasty, I think there are better burgers out there.

Their fries (tots included) are “proudly” fried in duck fat, and man I gotta say it’s some good stuff. I like the burger too, but personally think it’s a little too small for me. I’d be interested in knowing if there’s another good smash burger around South Bay.
They actually just announced today that they’re opening a second permanent location at Beachwood Brewing in Long Beach, at the Promenade. It’s a larger space than the one at Redondo Pier so that’ll be promising. Although I prefer the Redondo spot for the oceanside vibe.
