i was washing these tteok (rice cakes) to cook and place in my ramen, but i noticed this little spot on one of them. I checked the date, and they don’t expire until 08/15/2023. Are they still good?

It’s spoiled and needs to be thrown away. Check everything and only put the ones without SPOT in the freezer.
