I mean just based on headline alone this would be a pretty defensible take right now and one I could see running in like Eater or some other food publication. You have an abundance of really good pizza spots all over the city and county as well as nationally recognized chefs making killer pizzas (pizzeria Bianco, mother wolf, etc). LA for sure lacks the pizza culture of NYC, but it’s experiencing kind of a boom in awesome pizza at the moment.
