    I don’t know for sure but here’s a good rule of thumb: if there’s an expensive option and a cheap option, you’re getting the cheap option unless the expensive one is specifically advertised.

    All the logistics around serving live fish are so much more expensive that you’re almost definitely getting the typical flash frozen stuff.
