The best ribs I have ever had, flavorful and smoky, but but not dripping with thick, sweet sauce. I took the pic of this full rack after we had already eaten a few ribs. Check out how thick the thick end is!!!
Cornbread was solid, served in the cast iron pan it was baked in.
Mac and cheese was delicious and the macaroni was actually _al dente_!
Collard greens were relatively simple, without giant amounts of bacon.
