Man that’s adorable. Japan has the cutest soda and ice cream shops. I have never found anything like this. The closest would probably be the Asian Night Market, the soda fountain/compounding pharmacy in Pasadena, maybe Smorgasbord, yamashiro alcohol beverages can look like this but not as a “treat”, and maybe some of the Asian food markets with the small restaurants like Mitsuwa but I’ve honestly never seen it. There’s my thoughts, and I eat a ton of Japanese food in LA OC and IE. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

Your best bet will be making it yourself. Get a soda from one of the Japanese markets, candy and ice cream. I don’t think I’ve ever seen these in little Tokyo or Sawtelle.

Ask them to make you a soda for desert and ask them to make gooooooood with lots of oou’s.
