    A hawker dish in Singapore! The concept of fish skin may seem repulsive but salted egg fish skin has become one of Singapore’s most iconic snacks (and pretty expensive too). There’s a lot of umami eating it together with the fried water spinach and anchovies, the crunch also makes it quite addictive!

    Buddy, you don’t have to convince me that fish skin is delicious. Not to mention tiny fish, yum.
