Did 0 recipe research, just winged it based on how I assume crab cakes are made, what I wanted it to taste/feel like, and minimizing calories. Surprised myself with how well it turned out! Total ~405 calories for cakes (335) and sauce (70). Plus a good bit of protein and calcium

**Cakes:**

* 1 tin BELA whole mackerel, drained, broken into chunks (220)
* 1 egg (80)
* 1 Wasa multigrain crisp, crumbled (35)
* Old Bay seasoning
* garlic powder
* green onion
* capers

Whipped the egg, mixed everything together, formed into patties, baked at 350f for 10 minutes, then seared each side to finish.

**Sauce:**

* 2tbsp light mayo (70)
* Old Bay seasoning
* few drops of Bravado’s Garlic Reaper hot sauce
* few drops of lemon juice
