I still think about that pickled watermelon rind in passion fruit juice that was a single component of a dish. This was one of my favorite restaurants in LA. Absolutely wonderful with so much care, love, and attention to detail. It’s looks like a lot going on but all of it works so well. Just a beautiful femininity to the food. I once went for lunch and dinner on the same day.
