Love the coffee plant. Totally next level, and seems kind of crazy but reminds me that for the first 10 years or so after starting out with my Silvia I *swore* that home roasting was a line that I just wouldn’t cross.
Am now on my third roaster setup (FreshRoast -> Behmor -> Kaldi Wide 400), and wish I’d have done it sooner.
