Grandma’s Chicken Stew

    Recipe: 1lb chicken breast 1lb chicken tender

    1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup flour, 3 chicken bouillon cubes, 4 cups brown rice, 2 medium heads of broccoli, 4 cups of chopped carrots, 4 cups chopped mushrooms, 2 medium chopped onions, 1/2 cup of garlic, 1 cup of lemon juice

    Sear your chicken in a pan with olive oil and put into crockpot. Sautee your onions, carrots, mushrooms with butter and salt and put ontop of chicken. Follow with the can of cream of mushroom, bouillon cubes, garlic and lemon juice.

    For thickening I bake about a half cup of flour in the oven on a foil surface 350 for an hour. Put into pot and fill with water until you’re about an inch from the top. Cook for ~8 hours on low.
