Interesting! I recently went to Fideo Gordo in Mexico City and LOVED it. Maybe this could scratch that itch.

Please go people. I’ve seen so many great concepts die in that food court because most of the people that go to Hana world are ethnically Korean that don’t give a s*** about anything that’s not traditional Korean food.
It’s a goddamn shame. Most of these places that I’ve seen go out of business within a year or two would have done great if they were downtown etc.

I follow them on Instagram. They’re not open yet but I can’t wait. They’re gonna make their own noodles so hopefully no tsukemen noodle shortage like fucking Ramen Tatsuya (which I love but also mad they’re out of tsukemen).

Gotta give it a try. I still miss kin and comfort

Sadly doubt it lasts 🙁
The last Hawaiian Sugar place seemed to … “open” and close before I ever had the chance to try it. Really sad.

To clarify, this is the same guy/crew who were doing the Ramen Garage pop-ups.

I had his ramen at his garage. His ramen is Mexican Japanese fusion. I think he is doing soft opening. Was opened few hours last week for family and friends.

I spotted this new ramen stall at Hana World. I already had plans, so I didn’t try it.
