Not my photo. But I had this many many years ago on Korean Air and cannot for the life of me find it in stores. It made the plain rice taste so good. It’s not the Japanese furikake which doesn’t actually flavour the porridge much.

Not sure what it is as I’m not Korean but you might be able to recreate it by mixing your favorite furikake with some other seasonings to achieve the flavor you want. Maybe some dashi powder or shichimi or something?
