calling r/stupidfoods . why would you put ketchup and mayo inside there when you are going to heat the whole thing up to melt the cheese? also, why is the guy putting fresh fries on top of stale ones in the beginning. also, this looks like it is in a restaurant kitchen and not a streetcart…i could be wrong though. fundamentally, are french fries even a street food? theyre just a side.
