Been to Little Thailand many times. I love their outdoor patio when the weather is nice. They usually have their garden of herbs but looks like it was damaged from recent freeze. Great Thai food depending on dishes. Still have to ask for extra extra spicy for some dishes. Got their tom yum, larb moo, lard na, papaya salad this time. A little bit of a drive but it’s worth it. It’s also BYOB.

One of Austin’s “hidden treasures”.

Tangent – If you’re going out to Del Valle, you should consider hitting the Thai Buddhist temple whenever they have a holiday shindig and they’ll be lots of grandmothers slinging food from stalls.
Was sorry to hear that her husband passed away. Is his horseshoe bar with all his memorabilia still in the back?

What is good there? Seriously asking, not bashing, I see them get lots of praise on Reddit. We went twice and their pad Thai, some spicy beef dish and curries were awful.

If you are in the area I also highly suggest Lety’s Tacos at 316 Mesa Dr. It is the best Mexican spot in the Austin area IMO.
Food there is amazing.
The spicy duck curry is the bomb.
Amazing, I had no idea they had re-opened!
