where can I find paper thin beef jerky in Austin?

  1. Check out Old Gambler. It’s thinner than most. Made in Austin. Grass fed, organic, etc.

    It’s easy to make. Go to 99-Ranch and buy some paper thin ribeye and then pop it into the oven on low (170 degrees or so). You can flavor it if you want.

    Elgin has beef jerky shop on Main street. It isn’t super thin but they grind thier meat and then form it strips which makes it just fall apart in mouth. Very much much recommend.
