Doritos, cucumber, shredded carrot, Japanese peanuts, Valentina, Chamoy, chile, lime, and some other stuff I can’t remember.

From Bosque de Chapultepec in Mexico City.

God this is something that always makes me envious of South American places, they take salty snacks like potato chips/corn chips and then mix in some peanuts spicy/Japanese with some vegetables like cucumber or spicy pickled onion and carrots and then add some condiments like lime juice, chamoy, various hot sauces like Tapatio, Valentina etc.

If you’re still in Mexico City see if you can find something called a piedraso(different regions have different names for it) it’s a stale piece of bread mixed in with chiles en vinagre and some tapatio. It’s one of the best/worst concept for a snack and I love it.

Also, have you noticed that the Mexican Doritos are WAYYYY better than the American ones? I bought back 4 large bags + the Japanese peanuts and make my own Dorilocos at home. (I don’t add the pickled pig skin.)
