INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° and line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper. Set the dish aside. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside. 3. In another mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix again to combine. 4. Add the banana mixture to the almond flour mixture and stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula. 6. Sprinkle the top with the reserved chocolate chips. 6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. 7. Allow the banana bars to cool in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into bars.
