I bought a marinated pork shoulder from 1.2 kilos. simmered in the pan with some butter till it was a nice color. Removed the meat and baked my onions added some sugar and let my onions caramelize.added some chili flakes and garlic and deglazed everything with some whisky
Put the meat in the slowcooker with the onions on top added a bit of barbecue sauce and some fermented honey garlic.
