Finally got to try Yangnyeom Gejang

I’ll be the first to admit my TikTok FYP was FILLED with Korean raw crab videos for months, and in NYC I finally was able to give it a go.

Sweet and clean tasting. Spicy. A bit mushy (almost creamy?). Best over warm rice. While it was good, I probably wouldn’t order again as the texture got to me after a few. Very happy I tried it.
