I was too hungry to take a good pic but seriously such a large portion for the cals and sooo good! 🤤 The hack was definitely making tortilla chips in the air fryer- cut 4 tortillas into 6 pieces each and added a bit of oil spray and salt and cooked at 400 for 6-7 min, shaking halfway through. Had to do it in separate batches to not crowd the air fryer. Added pickled jalapeños & hot sauce too. 10/10 will be making again!

Nachos are my favorite meal and they’re also convenient to shove a bunch of vegetables on top of! Cotija cheese is also very good for low calorie meals without sacrificing flavor. Its so good with just a small amount.
