Dinner is served! 500 calories, great volume:) Chicken stir fry with peanut sauce, red cabbage, tomatoes and root vegetables. Underneath is a dump of cauliflower rice and had some broccoli too🥦

    I love peanut noodles & typically just accept that I’m gonna eat a 1000+ calorie meal & eat less throughout the day lol. I’ve made it with powdered pb & it’s ok. The pre-bottled sauces don’t hit the same for me. The thing that helps when I do want less calories is adding tons of cabbage along with other veggies into the noodles. I prefer cabbage noodles to zucchini noodles with peanut sauce.
